Packages

Packages follow the weekly structure of each month, which is usually 4 weeks but sometimes 5. If there’s an extra week, you can decide whether to add that week or reduce hours to keep everything within your package. How often you want your VA working each week will guide us in choosing the best package for your needs.

Packages breakdown

Package 1 $400

Includes 10 hours of services.  (Averages 2-2.5 hours per week)  

Package 2 $570

Includes 15 hours of services.  (Averages 3-3.75 per week)

Package 3 $700

Includes 20 hours of services. (Averages 4-5 hours per week) 

Package 4 $990

Includes 30 hours of services.  (Averages 6-7 hours per week) 

Package 5 $1200

Includes 40 hours of services. (Averages 8-10 hours per week)   

Package 6 $1450

Includes 50 hours of services.  (Averages 10-12.5 hours per week) 

Package 7 $1680

Includes 60 hours of services.  (Averages 12-15 hours per week) 

Package 8 $1890

Includes 70 hours of services.  (Averages 14-17.5 hours per week)

Package 9 $2080

Includes 80 hours of services. (Averages 16-20 hours per week)  

Hourly $50/hour

Services can be purchased at an hourly rate if you are not interested in any of the above packages.

WHAT IF I GO OVER MY HOURS?

If you have a busy month and need extra hours, we’re happy to accommodate. Your VA will let you know if additional time is needed, and any extra hours will be billed at the hourly rate in your package.

UNUSED HOURS

While unused hours do not carry over, we strive to prevent this scenario. In your initial consultation and assessment, we'll pinpoint essential yet non-urgent tasks that your VA can tackle in the event of a quieter month.
