Packages

Packages follow the weekly structure of each month, which is usually 4 weeks but sometimes 5. If there’s an extra week, you can decide whether to add that week or reduce hours to keep everything within your package. How often you want your VA working each week will guide us in choosing the best package for your needs.

Packages breakdown

Package 1 $420

Includes 10 hours of services.  (Averages 2-2.5 hours per week)  

Package 2 $600

Includes 15 hours of services.  (Averages 3-3.75 per week)

Package 3 $760

Includes 20 hours of services. (Averages 4-5 hours per week) 

Package 4 $1,080

Includes 30 hours of services.  (Averages 6-7 hours per week) 

Package 5 $1,360

Includes 40 hours of services. (Averages 8-10 hours per week)   

Package 6 $1,650

Includes 50 hours of services.  (Averages 10-12.5 hours per week) 

Package 7 $1,980

Includes 60 hours of services.  (Averages 12-15 hours per week) 

Premium Tiers

This level of support is designed for practices that need consistent, high-level administrative coverage. These packages include prioritized workflow management and dedicated VA support throughout the week.

Package 8 $2,450

Includes 70 hours of services. (Averages 14-17.5 hours per week) 

Package 9 $2,800

Includes 80 hours of services  (Averages 16-20 hours per week) 

Package 10 $3,150

Includes 90 hours of services  (Averages 18-22.5 hours per week) 

Package 11 $3,500

Includes 90 hours of services  (Averages 20-25 hours per week) 

HOURLY SUPPORT

Hourly support is available for short-term or as-needed tasks. This option is best for practices with minimal or inconsistent needs. For ongoing support, we recommend one of our monthly packages, which provide more consistency, priority scheduling, and better overall value.

WHAT IF I GO OVER MY HOURS?

If you have a busy month and need additional support, we’re happy to accommodate as availability allows. Your VA will notify you as you approach your monthly hours. Any additional time will be billed at our standard hourly rate of $50/hour. If additional hours become consistent, we may recommend transitioning to a high

UNUSED HOURS

While unused hours do not carry over, we strive to prevent this scenario. In your initial consultation and assessment, we'll pinpoint essential yet non-urgent tasks that your VA can tackle in the event of a quieter month.
